I aim to provide reliable, professional services in a clear and fair way. Here’s what you can expect when working with me.

1. Response Time

I typically respond to emails and messages within 1–2 business days. Urgent support may be arranged in advance or covered under a custom agreement.

2. Project Scope

All services, pricing, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins. If your needs change mid-project, I’ll provide a new estimate or updated scope to match.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon invoice, unless other terms are agreed in writing.
• For larger projects, I may require a deposit before starting work.
• Invoices are sent via email or agreed platform (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer).

4. Revisions and Changes

Most projects include 1–2 rounds of minor revisions unless otherwise stated. Major changes outside the original scope may require a new quote.

5. Availability

I’m a solo professional and may occasionally be booked or unavailable for immediate work. I’ll always try to communicate my availability clearly in advance.

6. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your business or code. Any files, credentials, or proprietary information you share will be kept secure and private.

7. Warranties and Limitations

I provide services “as-is” and make every reasonable effort to ensure quality and functionality. However, I can’t guarantee uptime, results, or compatibility with every third-party system—especially after hand-off.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. I am not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

• You own all deliverables once payment is completed.
• I retain the right to showcase the work (if public-facing) in my portfolio.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how I work. The latest version will always be available here.
